I am searching for the new mythology while crawling blindfolded through the labyrinth.
This search may take awhile. Robert Bly says that it requires 10,000 years to create a mythology. But we have to start somewhere. And whatever I find will stay found.

I agree with the notion that ‘evil’ is an inappropriate word and gets in the way of resolutions. It is the one of the many beefs I had with Christianity as a child–if you are not for me you are against me, which makes you ‘evil’. Case in point, Janet, my sister, thinks I am evil because I rejected her attempts to ‘save my soul’. But her form of Christianity is very disturbing to me.
